THE VINEYARD 

Dutton Ranch farms more than 80 separate vineyards in the Russian River Valley. Our Rosé of Pinot Noir is affectionately called Blushing Sisters after Tracy and Joe’s three daughters – Kyndall, Kylie, and Karmen Isabella. At Dutton Estate, our six generations of farmers have always felt connected to the land and we are proud to lead this initiative with other grape growers. The vineyards are certified Sonoma County Sustainably-Farmed and FishFriendly. They are dry-farmed and historically produces grapes of consistent character

THE WINEMAKING 

Our exclusive Blushing Sister's Rosé of Pinot Noir is meticulously crafted from select vineyards in the cool Russian River Valley. Harvested from the renowned Dutton Ranch's Manzana, Green Valley, Thomas Road, and Green Valley Girl’s Vineyards, this limited production wine showcases the finest quality. It is made using the Saignée method, where fresh, expressive pink juice is carefully drawn off the top of just destemmed Pinot Noir tanks and left to macerate for a refined 4-6 hours. The juice is then delicately fermented in small lots, using stainless steel, allowing for a gentle development of flavors over a period of 14 days. To add depth and complexity, the wine is aged in neutral oak barrels and stainless steel vessels until it reaches optimal maturity, ensuring a truly remarkable experience upon bottling.
