Ingredients
- 8 ozs Creamy Goat Cheese (suggest laurel Chenel)
- 1/3 cup diced dried mango
- 1/3 cup dried craisins
- serve on top of a thin gingersnap wafer
Directions
Cream together ingredients until all incorporated.
Serve on a thin gingersnap wafer, such as Annas Swedish Thin wafer.
