Ingredients
  • 8 logs of Laura Chenel's chevre (a mild goat cheese)
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh dill
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh chives
  • garnish with Sciabica's lemon olive oil
Directions

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl. With a small melon scooper, scoop cheese and roll into a small ball with your hands. Place the ball on a cookie sheet, refigerate up to 3 days if needed. Before serving drizzle cheese with lemon olive oil.

If desired, mixed herbed cheese can be placed in a serving bowl and spread on a costini and drizzled with olive oil.
