Ingredients
- 8 ozs Laura Chenel's chevre
- 8 ozs cream cheese
- 1/2 cup minced fresh basil
- 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup minced fresh chives
- juice from half of a fresh lemon (Meyer lemon preferred)
- Sciabica's extra virgin lemon olive oil for garnish (optional)
- zest from fresh lemon
- toasted crostini, or other crackers for serving
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Lemon flavor can be intensified with the addition of a few tablespoons of lemon olive oil or a teaspoon of zest from the lemon peel. Serve as a spread with a crudité or pipe onton crostini or crackers.
