  • 3 lbs prepared and cooked meatballs
  • 2 12 oz. jars Kozlowski Farms BBQ Sauce
  • 12 ozs Dutton Estate Syrah

Set aside prepared meatballs and keep warm.

Pour BBQ Sauce in a medium-size saucepot on the stove top.  Fill one of the empty jars with wine.  Put the cap back onto the bbq sauce jar and shake vigorously to incorporate the remaining sauce left in the jar.  Remove cap and pour wine into the pot of bbq sauce and stir.  Over medium low heat, bring sauce to a simmer. Let simmer for three minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and pour over prepared and heated meatballs.  Stir and incorporate to cover all the meatballs. The sauce should moderately cover the meatballs with some excess sauce for additional flavor.

We suggest serving in a crockpot.  Holds well on low heat in crockpot for up to 3 hours for serving at a party.
