- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 4 ozs fresh mozzarella, cubed
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- Olive oil (basil olive oil if you have it)
- smoked or Kosher salt
- fresh ground pepper
- aged balsamic vinegar
Thread cherry tomatoes, basil leaves (cut or torn to smaller pieces if large) and mozzarella on toothpicks or short bamboo skewers. Drizzle with a little olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and a drop or two of balsamic before serving.
